Antykwariat Wójtowicz adds to the buyer's price 10% of the organization fee (including VAT).
Auction leader have a right to withdraw an object before the beginning of auction without giving a reason.
Those who have been registered in person in the date and place of the auction are allowed to participate in auction as well as those who placed a bid in writing, by e-mail or fax.
To register in person there are required: personal data, address and telephone number. When registering person should provide the proof of identity as ID, driving licence or passport.
According to the amendment to the Act on the Protection and Guardianship of Monuments (Dz.U. z 2017 r. poz. 2187) person who will purchase (or mediate in the purchase, including representation of legal entities) the object for a price over PLN 10,000 isobliged to provide additional personal data (ID/ passport number).
In orders sent by post please write a number of position, author's name, first word of the title and the highest offered price. On behalf of this people and institutions in auction participates the commissioned representative of Antykwariat Wójtowicz.
In the case of receiving orders with the same price limit on the same item, order sent earlier wins.
All orders and limits are treated as confidential.
Breaks during the auction are determined by the auction leader. The breaks are an integral part of the auction.
Auction organizers are not responsible for execution of the orders submitted on the day of the auction.
Antykwariat Wójtowicz has the right to exclude those participants, who do not fulfill taken liabilities.
The buyer can withdraw from the purchase within 10 days from the date of the auction if the catalogue description of the purchased item is significantly different from the actual condition. Contentiousmatterswill beconsidered by Antykwariat Wójtowiczafter receiving adequate justification.
Purchased objects are sent by post:
- institutions: payment by bank transfer,
- private people: payment by cash, if not agreed otherwise.
Please abide the 7-days long maturity from the date of receiving the bill for purchased objects. After this term the statutory interest will be counted.
People who collect objects in person are obliged to buy them during the 7 days from the date of auction. After this term the statutory interest will be counted.
Biblioteka Narodowa (The National Library), Biblioteka Jagiellonska (The Jagiellonian Library) and registered Museums have the right of pre-emption at auction prices.
The auction organizer do not assume the responsibility for hidden physical and law defects of objects from auction.

Illustrations of each object that are available on website www.antykwariat.wojtowicz.krakow.pl are the equivalent part of catalogue description.
Accession to the auction means that the participant accepts aforementioned conditions.
The use of catalogue descriptions and illustrations that are available on the website www.antykwariat.wojtowicz.krakow.pl is possible only after getting Antykwariat Wójtowicz permission.
Auction results are published on the website www.antykwariat.wojtowicz.krakow.pl within 3 days from the date of the auction . The results will be available on the aforementioned website for a month from the date of publication.
Export of books and other items (graphics, maps and manuscripts) abroad is regulated by the Act on protection of monuments and the guardianship of monuments dated 18. 03. 2010. Inter alia, a permit from The National Library is required for objects whose limit has been exceeded, for example: Book – 6000.– Pln ; Manuscript – 4000.- Pln ; Graphics – 16000.- Pln ; Map – 6000.- Pln ; Photograph – 6000.- Pln.
Euro prices that appear on Invaluable website are only estimated prices. The Auction and biddings will be in Polish currency - PLN, the same as the invoices.
